Everyhire (“Everyhire,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides recruiting services to healthtech, medtech, and wellness companies. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our websites at EVERYHIRE.CO, interact with us, or use our services.

This Policy applies to: website visitors, newsletter subscribers, prospects/clients, vendors/partners, and event participants.

Identifiers & contact data: name, email, phone, role/title, company, region/city, social/profile URLs.
Commercial & interaction data: pages viewed, forms submitted, meetings booked, messages, preferences.
Technical data: IP address, device/browser, approximate location, referral source, analytics events.
Marketing data: newsletter status, campaign and UTM data, event RSVPs.
Payment/billing (B2B): billing contact, address, transaction details (processed by PAYMENT PROCESSOR).
We do not intentionally collect data from children under 16.

Categories we collect (past 12 months)
Identifiers: name, email, phone, IP address, device IDs.
Customer records / commercial info: services inquired, proposals, contracts.
Internet/technical activity: browsing, analytics events, referral data.
Geolocation (coarse): derived from IP.
Professional/employment info: title, company, business contact details.

Sensitive information
